Dewees Island owns the marina parking lot and marina dock on Isle of Palms.

Thirty (30) boat slips are available to our owners for annual leasing. The slips sizes range from 20' – 36' and are charged based on the length of the slip (not the length of the vessel).

At the Dewees Marina on IOP, owners can use the boat ramp for personal use. Boat trailers cannot be stored overnight in the parking lot.

Dewees owners are permitted to dock their personal vessels on the front dock if the boat is less than 25 feet and without a head. Owners are permitted to leave their boats docked on the Dewees Island front dock for a maximum of 24 hours. All vessels docked on POA docks must be owned by a Dewees Island owner and registered with Dewees Island POA. Owners' guests are not permitted to dock vessels on POA docks.
