  • Advise the POA Board on matters related to the acceptance of unimproved lots by the POA along with possible “lot swaps”.
  • Advise the Island Manager and the Finance Committee of the POA Board on policies and methods for handling delinquent lots.
  • Establish a “POLO Sales sub-group” to develop marketing strategies for POA lots, including lot prices and sales promotions, the selection of real estate brokers and the approval terms negotiated by the Island Manager.
