Dewees Conservancy Intern Projects
Alison, Carson, Emily & Olivia not only did a great job creating and sharing virtual programs on the Dewees Conservancy Facebook page but they left the community with several great educational displays! The next time you are on island please stop by the Landings Building and the Huyler House bulletin boards and check out their work. Alison created a tasty display showcasing wild edibles found on the island during this time of year. Carson & Emily created a display detailing updated genetic stories for a few of our nesting Loggerhead Sea Turtles. Last but not least, Olivia updated the Landings display boxes to include paintings inspired by Aboriginal Dot Art. Enjoy!
